An updated version of Our Native Pony Saddle Company Mountain & Moorland Saddle, made by our original saddle maker. The Tor General Purpose Saddle comes with our new memory foam seat in a choice of tree and panel options to suit every  pony from the widest Shetland to the narrowest Thoroughbred or Sports Horse Type.

Available with a round, more supportive cantle or with a square flatter cantle to allow more space in the seat for our taller or larger riders on short backed Ponies, softly padded knee rolls and a thigh pad, it also comes with the option of adjustable,velcro knee rolls and extra set of interchangeable custom knee rolls for larger jumps ideal for individual needs.

Suitable for most disaplines the Tor is very popular choice for Endurance, in fact Tasha Anderson, of The Irish Endurance Team has two Pony Saddle Company Tors worn by Her Exmoor Ponies, “Zeno” and “The Bug Man”.

Available in 13,”14″,15″,16″,16.5″, 17″ and 17.5″ and every necessary width, 18″ are also available via customer order. The saddles come in standard Rich Dark Brown & Black. All saddles come with standard four girthing straps to allow all horses and ponies to be accommodated and with wide wool flocked panels and a wide gullet.

In most cases we will be able to supply a standard saddle from our extensive stock, depending on the size and width required. However as with all saddles available from us a custom saddle can be designed for the individual customer if required with a number of options including custom knee blocks, twist, flap length or without the stirrup bar padding for a more traditional look.
